A leader is someone who helps and encourages people to achieve their potential.

Leading a team to accomplish a goal that was not expected – in these moments everyone is performing in their roles and supporting each other.

EMA has taught me how to overcome my negative reactions when I make mistakes and instead immediately switch my focus to the next play.
